Worldcoin Grants: Applications on Farcaster can now be verified using World ID

Farcaster Humaniser maps World ID to user accounts, ensuring a one-to-one correspondence between real people and profiles. This prevents multi-account abuse and maintains platform authenticity. Applications can integrate Farcaster Humaniser as an authentication layer, allowing access only to profiles verified by World ID.
