Internet celebrity Logan Paul promotes cryptocurrency for profit without disclosing financial interests, may face charges
On November 20, a BBC investigation revealed that internet celebrity Logan Paul was accused of profiting from promoting cryptocurrency without disclosing his financial interests. The BBC found evidence linking Paul to an anonymous crypto wallet through transactions related to Paul's public wallet. It is alleged that this anonymous wallet purchased these tokens before Paul promoted them to his 23 million YouTube followers and sold them for profit after the price soared. In January, LoganPaul promised refunds to users of the suspected fraudulent NFT project CryptoZoo on condition they drop their lawsuits against him. (Cointelegraph)
