In 2025 in Novosibirsk will open cryptocurrency academy, the main goal of which will be the development of the cryptocurrency industry and digital economy in Russia.
The new educational project involves the creation of an offline branch of the Crypto Academy at one of the local universities. It is expected that this will give impetus to the development of the crypto industry in the region and help prepare personnel for the future digital technology market.
Due to the power of computing resources, Novosibirsk is considered an attractive region for cryptocurrency mining. According to the initiators of the project, such an advantage makes the city an ideal educational platform for the development of the crypto industry.
It is known that at the beginning of next year, representatives of the Interregional Association of Cryptoindustry and Blockchain (MACIB) and the Russian Association of Cryptoindustry, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain (RACIB) will hold meetings with local academic and business structures in order to finalize the details of the project.
In addition, it is planned that the new crypto academy will use the scientific potential of Akademgorodok, one of the leading scientific centers in Russia. The training program will cover both the theory of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, and the practical skills that will be needed to work in this industry.
The academy will also work to improve the financial literacy of the population, including to combat fraud in the crypto industry. Local authorities have already supported the creation of the crypto academy.
