DeepSeek rose to the top of Apple's US APP Store, surpassing ChatGPT
On January 27th, according , Deepseek became the number one app in the Apple US App Store, surpassing ChatGPT. DeepSeek has recently performed well, attracting the attention of technology giants including Meta, thanks to its low price strategy of 0.1 yuan per million tokens and outstanding performance. The company was founded by Fantai Quantitative in July 2023 and is known in the industry as the "Pinduoduo of the AI world".
