Acting Chairman of the U.S. CFTC Launches a Series of Public Roundtables to Discuss Digital Assets and Other Areas
According to an official announcement, Caroline D. Pham, Acting Chair of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), is launching a series of public roundtables to discuss changing trends and innovations in market structure, covering topics such as connected entities and conflicts of interest, prediction markets, and digital assets.
Pham also reiterated last year’s call for public participation and asked the CFTC to increase transparency in its policy approach to changes in the derivatives market.
