According to official data from BlackRock, as of February 4th, the iShares Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHA), a subsidiary of BlackRock's Ethereum exchange, held 1,352,934.4641 ETH with a market value of $3,716,294,503.3. According to official data from Grayscale as of February 5th, the Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF held 1,327,729.9587 ETH with a market value of $3,669,048,967.92. This means that BlackRock's ETHA holds about 25,200 more ETH than ETHE, but Grayscale's official website still marks ETHE as the "largest Ethereum fund in the world."
