The gap between Ethereum L1 and Solana transaction costs hit a record low over the weekend, with a difference of only $0.28
Coinbase executive Conor Grogan revealed that the average transaction cost of Ethereum Layer 1 (L1) network and Solana reached historically close levels this weekend, with a difference of only $0.28 on February 15, 2025 at 7am. It is worth noting that during the Libra project turmoil, there were multiple instances where the cost of token swaps on Solana was higher than on the Ethereum Layer 1 network.
