U.S. judge refuses to issue temporary ban on "Government Efficiency Department" access rights
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan made a ruling, refusing to order the prohibition of the "Government Efficiency Department" from accessing federal agency computer systems or instructing the dismissal of government employees during litigation, rejecting a request previously put forward by Democratic state attorneys general. Attorneys general from more than ten U.S. states filed lawsuits on the 13th, questioning the power of Musk and his led "Government Efficiency Department" to access sensitive government data.
