Fox reporter: US SEC intends to try to reach a settlement with crypto companies instead of directly rejecting them
Fox Business journalist Eleanor Terrett wrote on X platform that the lawyers she spoke to all believed that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is trying to reach settlements with cryptocurrency companies instead of directly dismissing related lawsuits, in order to "prove" that spending millions of taxpayers' money is justified and to save face.
