The reserve will incorporate leading cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), as well as prominent altcoins such as XRP, SOL and ADA. The move is seen as an effort to revitalize the industry, which Trump said suffered “years of corrupt attacks” under the Joe Biden administration.

As Trump put it, his Executive Order on Digital Assets was the starting point for the Presidential Task Force to move forward with the implementation of this reserve. The president stated with conviction: “I will ensure that the United States is the Crypto Capital of the World.” Experts believe that this initiative could channel trillions of dollars into the market, benefiting not only Bitcoin but also strengthening the entire crypto industry chain.

In a post on the social network Truth Social, Trump highlighted the importance of this initiative: “A U.S. Crypto Reserve will elevate this critical industry after years of corrupt attacks by the Biden Administration, which is why my Executive Order on Digital Assets directed the Presidential Task Force to advance a Strategic Crypto Reserve that includes XRP, SOL, and ADA.
