Responsibilities include policy research, regulatory coordination, internal policy support, and market analysis, ensuring the company's compliance and competitiveness in the stablecoin field.
Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, or law, with at least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including 5 years of regulatory or financial institution policy research experience. Candidates with a background in stablecoins or blockchain are preferred, should be familiar with domestic and international regulatory policies, possess policy analysis capabilities, understand Web3 and blockchain technology, and be able to write high-quality research reports. Additionally, the position requires good communication and coordination skills, the ability to communicate efficiently with regulatory agencies and internal teams, fluency in English, and the ability to write English reports.
