the financial advisory company Global Client Advisory announced that its subsidiary Renatus Tactical Acquisition Corp I ("RTAC-I") has submitted an S-1 registration form to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering. It is reported that the funds raised will be used to support cryptocurrency and blockchain businesses. RTAC-I is said to be a special purpose acquisition company newly established by Global Client Advisory.
