Trump Media & Technology Group plans to launch a series of ETFs covering digital assets through the Truth.Fi brand this year
Trump Media Technology Group (DJT.O) has signed a binding agreement with Crypto.com and asset management company Yorkville America Digital to launch a series of ETFs under the Truth.Fi brand. These ETFs will be provided through Crypto.com's brokerage firm Foris Capital US LLC, and are expected to include digital assets as well as securities covering a diverse range of industries with a "Made in America" focus, including energy. Once approved by regulators, these funds are expected to be launched later this year and will be widely available on international markets including the US, Europe, and Asia, covering existing platforms and brokers.
These ETFs are planned to be launched alongside a series of Truth.Fi separately managed accounts (SMA). TMTG plans to invest in these ETFs and SMA through its own cash reserves, as part of TMTG's financial services and fintech strategy, which will utilize up to $250 million in funds held in custody by Charles Schwab.
