Standard Chartered Bank: Now is a Good Time to Buy Bitcoin, Expected to Rise to $120,000 in Q2
Standard Chartered's Geoff Kendrick predicts that Bitcoin will rise to $120,000 in the second quarter, mainly due to capital moving out of U.S. assets. He believes now is a good time to buy Bitcoin and maintains a $200,000 target by the end of 2025.
He points out that strong buying by U.S. investors and "whale" investors, along with ETF inflows, indicates that Bitcoin will continue to rise. Additionally, increasing institutional interest and potential stablecoin legislation passage also support Bitcoin's price upside.
Bitcoin's current price is approximately $95,500, with an all-time high of $108,786.
