OpenAI Launches Global Version of "Stargate"
OpenAI announced a brand new AI development plan on its official website—OpenAI for Countries. On January 21st this year, Trump announced at the White House the "Stargate project," a $500 billion investment by OpenAI, SoftBank, Oracle, and others. Now, OpenAI aims to establish similar projects for every country worldwide, collaborating with them to develop AI infrastructure and providing a professionally customized version of ChatGPT to improve fields such as healthcare, education, and law. OpenAI stated that in advancing the "OpenAI for Countries" plan, its goal is to launch 10 projects with various countries or regions in the first phase and further expand on this basis.
