The previously hacked lending protocol Loopscale will resume withdrawals tomorrow night
The Solana ecosystem lending protocol Loopscale, which was previously hacked, officially announced plans to resume withdrawals at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on May 9. Although the protocol update patch has been audited, there will still be initial restrictions on the 24-hour withdrawal amount for each user: SOL deposit users can withdraw up to 2500 SOL every 24 hours, USDC and USDG users can withdraw up to 500,000 USDC/USDG every 24 hours, and jitoSOL users can withdraw up to 500 jitoSOL every 24 hours.
According to previous reports, Loopscale was attacked by hackers last month due to a security vulnerability, resulting in the theft of approximately 5.7 million USDC and 1200 SOL. After negotiations with the hackers, the stolen funds have been fully recovered.
