Trump: The International Trade Court's ruling is politicized, hopes the Supreme Court can overturn it
According to a report by Jinse Finance, Trump released an extensive post responding to recent court rulings on his trade policies, stating that the U.S. Court of International Trade made an incredibly unfavorable decision against the much-needed tariffs for the U.S. However, fortunately, an 11-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has just stayed the decision. The ruling by the U.S. Court of International Trade is so wrong, so politicized! Hopefully, the Supreme Court can swiftly and decisively overturn this terrible, nation-threatening decision. This terrible decision indicates that I must get Congress's approval to impose these tariffs. In other words, hundreds of politicians would sit in Washington for weeks, even months, trying to conclude how to charge countries that engage in unfair trade practices against us. If allowed, this would completely destroy the power of the presidency—the presidency would be very different from before! (Jin10)
