UK-listed company IG Group launches cryptocurrency trading for retail investors
According to a report by Jinse Finance, the UK-listed trading and financial services company IG Group is introducing cryptocurrency trading to retail investors, expanding its influence in the digital asset sector. In an announcement on June 2, IG stated that its clients now have access to 31 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin. IG's latest cryptocurrency product is launched in collaboration with the US crypto asset company Uphold, which is regulated in the US and the UK. This product is integrated into the IG platform and IG Invest app, allowing clients to switch from crypto accounts to any other IG accounts, including stock trading accounts.
