the Bitcoin mining company Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. announced that its common stock will be approved for listing on NYSE American, a subsidiary of the New York Stock Exchange, with trading expected to start around June 5, 2025, under the stock symbol "BMNR". After the listing takes effect, trading of the company's common stock on OTCQX will cease.
