Tim Draper: Bitcoin Can Hedge Against U.S. Government Overspending, Optimistic About Reaching $250,000 This Year
ChainCatcher reports that Draper VC founder Tim Draper stated on the X platform that once the U.S. government allows employees to engage in collective bargaining, it would be like driving a truck down a hill without brakes. However, Bitcoin can hedge against the U.S. government's excessive spending.
Tim Draper believes that Bitcoin can still reach $250,000 within 2025, with the main driving factors being: market optimism following Trump's trade agreement, the anticipated regulatory framework soon to be released, and the continuous development of Web3 applications built on the Bitcoin blockchain. Major banks are also adding Bitcoin to their products. Compared to other cryptocurrencies and stocks, Bitcoin is considered less risky because people trust it, earning Bitcoin the title of a store of value.
