Tether Plans to Open Source Bitcoin Mining Operating System MOS in Q4
According to Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, Tether is advancing the open-source plan for the Bitcoin mining operating system MOS, which is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2025. MOS features a modular, IoT architecture with high scalability, supporting deployments from Raspberry Pi to millions of mining machines. It aims to provide a platform for small and medium-sized mining enterprises to compete fairly with listed companies and reduce reliance on third-party software. In the future, it will also integrate Tether's AI analysis tool QVAC.
