In response to a series of kidnapping incidents targeting cryptocurrency executives, including Ledger co-founder David Balland, French lawmakers have proposed a bill that would automatically remove home addresses from public business records. Led by French legislator Paul Midy, the bill aims to prevent criminals from using official registration information to locate potential victims.
