According to a report by Jinse Finance, U.S. Representative Dina Titus has sent a letter to CFTC Acting Chair Caroline Pham, requesting an investigation into whether chairman nominee Brian Quintenz has violated regulatory policies and ethical standards. Titus questioned whether Quintenz, during his tenure as a board member at prediction market company Kalshi, may have requested non-public information or had conflicts of interest.
