Guide to resolving unified trading account upgrade failures
If you encounter any of the following prompts during the upgrade process, please follow the instructions below:
1. Upgrade to a unified trading account is not supported for elite traders or signal providers
If you see this prompt, go to the copy trading page, revoke your copy trading status, and try again.
Web (supports revoking elite trader status only)
Example for spot elite traders: Copy trading page → User info → Personal settings → Revoke status
App
Example for spot elite traders: Copy trading page → My assets → Spot → Settings → Revoke status
For signal providers: Copy trading page → Signal page → Settings → Revoke status
2. Upgrade to a unified trading account is not supported due to active copy trading orders or an ongoing copy relationship
If you see this prompt, go to the copy trading page, cancel any active copy trading orders or stop copying the elite trader you are currently copying, then try again.
3. Upgrade not supported due to active trading bots.
If you see this prompt, go to the trading bots page, stop any active bots, then try again.
4. Upgrade to a unified trading account is not supported for institutional loan users
If you see this prompt, it means your account is an institutional loan sub-account. Currently, only institutional loan main accounts are supported for upgrade.
5. Login is not supported in unified trading account mode
Telegram and other third-party applications currently do not support unified trading account mode.
6. Abnormal account status. Upgrade to a unified trading account is not supported.
If you see this prompt, it means your account does not allow upgrading to a unified trading account.
7. Upgrade to a unified trading account is not supported in your country or region.
If you see this prompt, it means the unified trading account feature is not supported in your country/region based on your identity verification status.
