Bitget Will Delist MKR on 2025-08-22

Bitget decided to delist all spot trading pairs for the following token(s) at 22 August 2025, 10:00 (UTC)：

• Maker（MKR）

Bitget Will Support the Maker (MKR) Token Swap and Rebranding to Sky (SKY)

Spot:

1. Deposit and withdrawal services for the delisting pair will be suspended on 29 August 2025, 10:00 (UTC).

2. Please note that all pending trade orders for the mentioned pair will automatically be cancelled.

3. Bitget will delist the MKR/USDT trading pair from the unified trading account (spot trading) on 29 August 2025, 09:00 (UTC)

• All unfilled spot orders for these pairs will be automatically canceled.

• These pairs will no longer be available for spot trading under the unified account.

• Assets related to the delisted pairs can no longer be transferred into the unified account. Any remaining assets of the delisted trading pairs in the unified account will be automatically transferred to the classic account (spot trading).

• We strongly recommend that users manage any open orders related to the delisted pairs and transfer relevant assets from the unified account to the funding account in advance to avoid potential losses.

4. Bitget will remove the MKR/USDT trading pair from spot margin and close trading on 28 August 2025, 03:00 (UTC).

• Suspension of borrowing and lending features:

• Bitget has closed borrowing and lending for the relevant trading pair.

• Positions will be closed and liquidated, and the trading feature will be unavailable.

• Bitget will automatically close the positions of users still holding positions in the relevant pair on 28 August 2025, 03:00 (UTC), cancel all pending orders in margin accounts for the pair, and liquidate any outstanding liabilities. Margin trading services for the pair will be disabled, and assets will be automatically transferred to the spot account.

• Users are strongly advised to close positions, cancel orders, repay loans, and transfer funds related to the relevant pairs in advance to avoid potential losses.

5. The MKR/USDT trading pair will be removed from Bitget spot trading bots on 29 August 2025, 10:00 (UTC)

• After removal, the system will automatically cancel any pending orders and return the relevant assets to your account.

• Users will be unable to create any new bots with the delisted trading pair.

• Users will no longer be able to publish running bots with the delisted trading pair to the Recommended section of the bot copy trading page.

• Bots with the delisted trading pair that are listed in the Recommended section of the bot copy trading page will be removed.

• Users are strongly advised to terminate bots with this active trading pair to avoid any potential losses. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Loan：

1. Bitget Crypto Loan will delist MKR and discontinue lending and collateral services on 28 August 2025,07:00 (UTC). At this time, all ongoing loan orders involving MKR as debt or collateral will be automatically liquidated. The remaining principal and collateral will be returned to the user's spot account upon liquidation completion. For details, visit Crypto loans > History > Status > System liquidation.

• To avoid potential losses, users are strongly advised to repay their loans in advance.

Futures：

1. Bitget will suspend the opening of new MKRUSDT futures positions effective from 28 August 2025, 07:00 (UTC). Closing positions, close orders, and TP/SL functions for the MKRUSDT futures will remain unaffected.

• Users who still hold MKRUSDT futures positions must close them by 29 August 2025, 07:00 (UTC), at which point Bitget will terminate the futures trading of MKRUSDT and cancel all related open orders. Any remaining positions will be settled and closed.

2. Bitget will remove MKRUSDT from futures trading bots on 29 August 2025, 07:00 (UTC).

• Users should close relevant orders in advance if they hold bot orders in these trading pairs.

• The publish and purchase features for the trading bots will be terminated once the trading pairs are removed from the platform.

• After removal, the system will automatically cancel the pending bot orders for you and credit the relevant assets to your account.

• Users will still be able to view the historical data of the trading bots after the removal.

3. The MKRUSDT futures under the unified trading account will be removed on 29 August 2025, 07:00 (UTC)

• Trading for the MKRUSDT futures in the unified trading account will be terminated, and all open orders will be canceled.

• Any remaining positions will be automatically settled and closed.

• We strongly recommend that users close their positions and cancel any open orders for the delisted trading pair to avoid any potential losses.
