ING: The impact of U.S. pharmaceutical tariffs is expected to be limited```htmlGolden Ten Data reported on April 3 that ING economist Diederik Stadig stated in a report that the US’s imposition of a 100% tariff on pharmaceuticals may have limited impact on the industry. Ryanair CEO: If faced with fuel supply risks in the future, we will have to cut capacity or raise pricesGolden Ten Data, April 3rd — Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary stated that if there is a 10% to 20% risk to fuel supply in June, July, or August, both we and other airlines may have to start cancelling some flights or cutting capacity. Unlike most US airlines which have already abandoned fuel hedging, Ryanair has currently locked in about 80% of its fuel costs through futures contracts until March 2027, at a price of around $67 per barrel. O’Leary admitted that the ongoing conflict brings a high degree of uncertainty, making it nearly impossible for airlines to manage prices. He did not explicitly state whether ticket prices would be increased, but did not rule out this possibility.
