- 11:35Willy Woo analyzes whether "Strategy" will be liquidated in a bear market: stock price needs to be above $183.19 in September 2027BlockBeats News, November 5, crypto analyst Willy Woo published an analysis on whether Strategy will face liquidation in the next bear market. He listed the maturity dates of Strategy's debts, the debt amounts, the MSTR stock price thresholds (to prevent liquidation), and the equivalent BTC price (assuming mNAV is 1). Strategy's debt is mainly composed of convertible senior notes, which can be repaid at maturity in cash, common stock, or a combination of both. Strategy has approximately $1.01 billion in debt maturing on September 15, 2027. To avoid having to sell bitcoin to repay the debt, Strategy's stock price must be above $183.19 at that time, which roughly corresponds to a bitcoin price of around $91,502. Willy Woo added that in the hypothetical 2028 halving bull market, if BTC does not rise enough, there may be some risk of partial liquidation. However, the possibility of liquidation in a bear market is relatively low unless there is an extreme and prolonged decline.
