PRO Tier Structure and Requirements
Bitget PRO tiers range from PRO1 to PRO6, with different thresholds for Spot and Futures volume.

Tiers are calculated independently for Spot and Futures. You will be placed in the higher of the two based on your 30-day volume.

Your PRO tier is automatically updated daily at 09:00 (UTC+8). To qualify or maintain your tier, you must have an API trading ratio of at least 20%.
API trading ratio formula: (API Spot Volume + API Futures Volume) ÷ (Total Spot + Total Futures Volume)
How to Join the Bitget PRO Program?
1. Automatic Upgrade

If your account meets the PRO criteria (based on trading volume, AUM, etc.), you’ll receive a notification and be automatically upgraded—no application needed.
2. Apply via PRO Program Page
If you do not meet the full PRO requirements, you can still apply through the PRO Program Page:

Requirements for probation:
To apply via the probation route, you must meet either of the following:

Tier Maintenance and Protection Rules
To ensure fairness in PRO tier management:

PRO tier status is evaluated daily based on your trailing 30-day performance.

If your performance drops below the PRO requirements, a 14-day protection period will begin.

After the 14-day protection period, if requirements are still not met, you’ll be downgraded to VIP.

After downgrade, a 60-day cooling-off period applies:

During this time, further downgrades happen immediately without another protection period.

The cooling-off period does not affect upgrades or requalification.

You may reapply or request a manual reassessment via your account manager or Bitget Support.
Rules and Restrictions
While PRO users enjoy many benefits, certain limitations apply:

Note: The PRO system is fully independent of VIP. Access is based on system-level permissions.
FAQs
1. What happens if I don’t meet the volume requirements after the probation period?
If you don’t meet the volume requirements after the probation period, PRO level downgrades happen immediately based on daily evaluations, while downgrades from PRO to VIP include a 14-day protection period and are triggered after 60 consecutive days of underperformance.
2. When does the 14-day downgrade protection apply?
The 14-day protection period only applies when downgrading from PRO to VIP. If you meet PRO requirements during this time, your status is maintained.
3. Can I reapply after disqualification?
Yes, unless disqualified for serious violations (e.g., manipulation, fraud).
4. Is there a difference between PRO for Spot vs. Futures?
Yes. Spot and Futures volumes are assessed separately, and benefits scale accordingly.
5. Do PRO users get early access to features?
Yes. PRO users are often invited to beta test new tools and features.
6. If I qualify for different PRO tiers on Spot and Futures, which one applies?
The higher tier will apply.
7. Can I become a PRO user if I meet the volume requirements but my API trading ratio is under 20%?
No. Even if your Spot or Futures volumes qualify you for a PRO tier, you must have an API trading ratio of at least 20% to be eligible.
8. Can I become a PRO if my API ratio is high but I don’t meet the volume threshold?
No. Both volume and API trading ratio requirements must be met.
