Took a lil dive into @defidotapp’s $HOME staking dynamics, currently only 2.76% of circ. supply staked ($2.97M). Notably, 38.4% of that staked supply is max-locked (12 months). Tbh, I expected a higher stake ratio given the recent bonus incentives for S2 (boosted XP distribution + amplified ROI on XP-to-token claims). But the revised staking rewards are clearly designed to strengthen the staking flywheel: 1⃣No extra XP dilution → instead it reduces time-based PvP. 2⃣Combined with ongoing protocol buybacks, external float is continuously reduced.
